By using MyDeskBreak (a product of Skrap Ventures LLC), you agree to the following. Not medical advice MyDeskBreak suggests general movement, stretching, and posture exercises designed for healthy adults sitting at a desk. It is not medical advice, physical therapy, or a fitness prescription, and it is not a substitute for consultation with a licensed healthcare provider. If you have a medical condition, an injury, are pregnant, are recovering from surgery, or have any reason to be uncertain whether physical activity is safe for you, talk to your doctor before using MyDeskBreak. Stop any exercise immediately if you feel pain, dizziness, shortness of breath, or any other concerning symptom, and seek medical attention as appropriate. Use at your own risk You are responsible for performing exercises safely, within your physical ability, and in a clear, hazard-free space. We don't supervise your form or environment. Skrap Ventures LLC is not liable for any injury, illness, or property damage that arises from your use of the app, including but not limited to musculoskeletal strain, falls, dropped weights, or pre-existing conditions aggravated by exercise. Account Sign in with Apple, Google, or email/password is used to sync your profile and progress across your own devices. You're responsible for keeping your sign-in credentials secure. You may delete your account at any time via Settings → Delete Account in the app, or by emailing support@mydeskbreak.com. Subscriptions MyDeskBreak is currently offered free during a beta period. Future paid plans may be introduced; if so, pricing and trial terms will be presented in-app before any charge, and any subscription will be processed through the Apple App Store under their standard terms (auto-renewal, cancellation in your Apple ID account settings, etc.). Acceptable use Don't reverse-engineer, scrape, or abuse the backend. Don't attempt to access another user's profile or data. Don't use the app on behalf of someone who hasn't consented (e.g. setting up an account for a child). Liability MyDeskBreak is provided "as is" with no warranty of any kind. To the fullest extent allowed by law, Skrap Ventures LLC's total liability for any claim related to the app is limited to the amount you have paid us for the app in the twelve months preceding the claim (which, during the free beta, is zero). Termination We may discontinue the app, any feature, or your account at any time with reasonable notice. You may stop using the app at any time. Settings → Delete Account or "Reset all" clears your data immediately. Governing law These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Colorado, USA, without regard to its conflict of laws principles. Any dispute that cannot be resolved informally will be brought in the state or federal courts located in Denver County, Colorado.
